Therapy for trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions
Warm, grounded support for teens, adults, couples, and older adults across California, with in-person sessions available in Burlingame.
A place to slow down and begin healing
When problems remain unresolved, feelings like frustration, sadness, anger, or hopelessness can begin to take over. You may find yourself trying to push things down, stay distracted, or keep going as if everything is fine.
Therapy offers a space to pause, feel supported, and begin working with what is underneath the surface.
My work is rooted in presence, trust, and connection. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak honestly about what is hurting, what feels stuck, and what you are ready to change.

My Approach
My approach is warm, grounded, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented.
I believe healing involves more than symptom relief alone. My work honors the connection between mind and body, while also integrating the emotional, spiritual, and creative aspects of the Self as part of the healing process.
Depending on your needs, I may draw from attachment‑based, psychodynamic, person‑centered, trauma‑focused, CBT, DBT, and culturally sensitive approaches.
I am also a California‑certified sexual assault counselor and have additional training in Psychedelic‑Assisted Therapy and Research through the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Getting Started
I work with teens, adults, older adults, and couples.
I welcome clients from all cultures, backgrounds, and identities.
Who I work with
I offer online therapy throughout California.
I also offer in-person sessions in Burlingame for clients in San Mateo County and nearby areas.
Virtual and in-person therapy
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. But taking that first step can open the door to real healing and meaningful change.
I offer a free 15‑minute phone or video consultation so you can ask questions, get a sense of my style, and see whether working together feels supportive.
I understand how discouraging it can be to contact a therapist and receive silence. I respond thoughtfully and promptly because your effort to reach out matters.
Starting therapy
Request A Consultation
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My hope is to make that first step feel as clear and comfortable as possible.
If you would like to schedule a consultation or ask a question about working together, you’re welcome to reach out by phone, email, or through the contact form.
What to expect
I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video for new clients.
This is a chance for you to briefly share what’s bringing you in, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out and not hear back. Because of that, I make it a priority to respond with care and clarity.
